1. Reservation
50% deposit of total amount is required to secure the booking. We accept VISA,
Master Card and American Express only for deposit payment. Should the customer be unable to make the payment
via credit card, cash or EFTPOS can be accepted. However, a $200.00 security bond (taken for incidental damages)
is required for those who are paying the deposit via cash or EFTPOS and will be added onto the deposit amount.
The $200.00 security deposit is refunded after the guest has departed and the inspection shows that the apartment
has been left in a satisfactory condition.
Person makes the booking and check-in must 18 years old and above. Children check-in must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Cancellation
For customers who want to cancel their reservation after the booking has been confirmed,
please send your cancellation request in the form of a written notice. Cancellation will not be accepted after
the check-in date.
If a booking is required to be cancelled, the customer must give no less than 48 hours notice prior to the check-in day,
the 50% deposit initially made will be completely refunded. However, for those who cancel the booking and give less than
48 hours notice, a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will apply.
The cancellation policy for long term stay (28 nights or more), customers must give at least 7 days written notice before
the check-in date to ensure that deposit made can be completely refunded. A cancellation fee of 10% of total accommodation
will apply to those who cancel the reservation and give less than 7 days written notice prior to the check in date.
If the length of stay is shortened (less than 28 nights), then the normally rate (which applies to the short term accommodation)
will apply.

3. Balance of Payment
Please present your photo ID to the reception desk when check in and settle the 50% balance of
the total amount. On check in a physical credit card imprint must be provided as security for any incidentals.
Registration form must also be signed by same signatory as credit card holder.

4. Use of premises
a) The guests must not use or allow the premises to be used for any illegal purpose.
b) STRICT NO PARTIES POLICY
- The number of guests gathered in the apartment overnight (after 10pm) must not exceed the number of persons booked.
Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times. If any noise complaints are received from the neighboring residents,
this will result in instant dismissal without any refund.
c) The guests must ensure that care is taken to avoid damaging the premises. Inspection would be made after quests check out.
Any damages would be charged into the credit card provided. The guests who become aware of damage to the premises must give
notice to Ozstays Pty Ltd of any damage to the premises as soon as practicable.
d) The guests must keep the premises in a reasonably clean condition.
e) Lost keys and fobs will incur a $150 penalty and must be reported to Ozstays Pty Ltd immediately. If more than one set
of keys are requested by the guest and both sets of keys are lost the guest will incur the fee for replacing the lock and keys.
Receipt of charges will be provided to the guest for evidence of payment.
f) Ozstays will take no responsibility for guests' belongings. Please ensure the apartment door is locked at all times.
