1. Reservation and Cancellation
50% deposit of total
tariff is required to secure the booking.
We accept
Visa, Master and American Express ONLY for
deposit payment. We accept
cash, Visa, Master, EFTPoS and American
Express ONLY for outstanding charges.
Should you would
like to booking without a credit card, full
payment plus $200 security bond (for
incidental charges) is required by Direct
Deposit. $200 will be refunded after guest
departure and inspection is carried.
Security bond can be refunded by direct
deposit into bank account or refund to a
credit card.
If you want to cancel your reservation after your booking has been confirmed, please send your cancellation by written notice by e-mail at enquiries@ozstaysapartment.com.au and also quote your booking reference number (on your deposit tax invoice) with shortly reservation details as well. Deposit is refundable however cancellation charges will be applied (deducted from deposit).
The following scale of charges will be applied, depending on when the notification of cancellation is received.
a) 10% of total tariff.
b) No cancellation of the reservation and (or) no checking in at the confirmed
date (NO SHOW): 1 night's accommodation for each room.
c) Should the
guest is not satisfy with the condition of
the apartment. Please SMS to 0403256778 /
0402730588 as soon as possible stating the
room number and booking name. With SMS we
can determine the time of complaint and be
fair to both party. Full refund is given
base on the following:
i. We would
determine the date and time of the check-in
and the date and time of the complaint
received by SMS.
ii. Should the
guest determine to leave the apartment right
away and claim a full refund. Please SMS us
as mentioned in part (c) and to be able to
claim for a full refund, make sure the
condition of the apartment is as it was when
checked in. Bedrooms, beds, bathroom,
kitchen should show no sign of being used.
d) Cancellation after the check-in date (or cancellation deadline date) STRICTLY NO REFUNDS due to hotel policy.
e) Should the guests want to shorten the period of stay after check-in, STRICTLY NO REFUNDS due to hotel policy.
f)Lost keys and fobs will incur a $150 penalty and must be reported to Ozstays P/L immediately.
2. Damage to the premises
a)The TENANT must ensure that care is taken to avoid damaging the rented premises.
Inspection would be made after quests check out. Any damages would be charged into the credit card provided.
b)The TENANT must take reasonable care to avoid damaging the premises and any common areas.
c)The TENANT who becomes aware of damage to
the rented premises must give notice to
Ozstays Pty Ltd of any damage to the premises as soon as practicable.
3. Cleanliness of the premises
a)The TENANT must keep the premises in a reasonably clean condition during the period of agreement.
4. Use of premises
a)The TENANT must not use or allow the premises to be used for any illegal purpose.
b)The TENANT must not use or allow the premises to be used in such a manner as to cause a nuisance or cause an interference with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of any occupier of neighboring premises.
c)Ozstays Pty Ltd reserves the right to evict abusive or unsettled guests immediately and accommodation charge is not refundable.
Payment
Payment shall be made by credit card and we currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. Payments are therefore subject to the approval of the financial institution and Ozstays Pty Ltd shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
